I went to Shihlin for the first time with some friends two weeks ago and I've gone here 3 more times since. First of all, the chicken is GREAT FRESH AMAZING AND YUMMY!! The price point for the amount of chicken they serve is perfect too. I was surprised since usually for $11, the amount of chicken you would get at other chains is way less. Second of all, I LOVE THE AUNT/UNCLES WORKING HERE!! Every time I've gone so far, they handed out little samples for me and my friends. They're super sweet and cute and friendly. Third of all, service was fast af. I was not in a rush today but they served it within 10 minutes and even gave us samples to snack on while we waited. Overall, I love this place and will definitely come again!!

Big portion, reasonably priced and so delicious!! For ~$11 this was a perfect snack for 3 people. -1 star because the bathroom lock is tricky and doesn't work unless you push it in.

Shihlin took me back to the night markets of Taiwan. Loved the food and ambiance of this spot! The flavor was there for the cutlet and the chicken was super juicy. And the Oyster Mee Sua was good too but the taste differed from what I remember from Shilin/RaoHe/other night markets in Taiwan, still good but slightly different which could just be a taste that suits the US better! Service was good as well!

No frills, take out spot with a few tables inside. I ordered and paid using the kiosk, and my order was ready pretty quickly! I read great reviews about the popcorn chicken so that's what I decided on, and I was very impressed! It's a HUGE portion; lightly breaded, juicy, flavorful chicken...what more can you ask for? I ate quite a bit and have enough for another meal! An incredible deal for $11!
